This program follows the first four steps of my signature Fit Body Blueprint system. It combines highly supportive coaching and personal training to guide you through the primary principles of losing weight and gaining lean body mass without dieting, counting calories, or restricting foods. You will receive the initial support and the tools and information necessary to experience easy fit body results over time
Six Month Fit Body Transformation Program
This program follows the complete six steps of my signature Fit Body Blueprint system. It combines highly supportive coaching and personal training to transform your body into your fit body. This program includes the Fit Body Breakthrough Program, PLUS three additional months of coaching and personal training designed to accelerate your transformation by taking you much deeper into the self-discovery process, which often times, is key to losing weight AND keeping it off.
Fit Body Success Package
This supportive month-to-month coaching and personal training package is designed to fit your custom needs. This package offers you the support, guidance, and tools to help you overcome the unique struggles that you are facing with exercising or eating if you don’t necessarily want to commit to or need the high level of support offered in the three and six month program.
