K is an IAWP Certified Wellness Coach & NASM Certified Personal Trainer who holds her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Regis College, where she graduated first in her class. After graduation, K spent four years as a young professional, sharpening her coaching skills in a residential facility, where she provided DBT skills coaching to young adults with mental illness.
When K realized that her true passion lay in fitness and wellness, she left her anticipated career path to become a coach, personal trainer, and entrepreneur. K now works with professional women who are fed up with worrying about what they look like. She helps them lose weight and feel confident in a fit body that they love.
K’s work is unique in that she takes a whole approach to fitness.
Rather than focusing on transformation of the body alone, she expands fitness to encompass transformation of the mind and soul as well. The body, mind, & soul are inextricably linked—if one link is out of balance, it will have direct effects on the other links, potentially compromising the functioning of the entire chain.
By combining stress-relief, body & mind intuition, and passion with a customized fitness plan, the women Kayla works with experience deeper transformation on multiple levels, which amplifies their results of weight loss and their sense of self-confidence and self-love.
